FROM BEE

Honey begins as nectar within a flower. Bees forage for it and transport it to the honeycomb, where it is stored as simple sugars. Through the rhythmic movement of the bees' wings inside the honeycomb, evaporation occurs, resulting in liquid honey. The color and flavor of honey are influenced by the flora from which the nectar was collected. Our honey, sourced mostly from wildflowers, has a rich amber color.

TO HIVE

Honey is produced in frames within the hive, and we use a special tool to carefully remove the wax from the frame. The frames are then placed in a honey extractor, which removes the honey from the honeycomb and allows it to flow into our jars. All of Kim's Honey beekeepers are provided with equipment and adhere to hygienic measures to protect the quality of our honey.

TO HOME

After extraction, we strain the honey to remove any remaining wax and other particles. At Kim's Honey, we never heat our honey in order to preserve its natural composition. We then package, label, and bring it to the shelves and ultimately to your table. Whether in glass or plastic packaging, Kim's Honey guarantees "pure honey"—nothing added from the beehive to the bottle.
